Description: Consulting support to prepare the application for initial registration, supply the full RTO system and the preparation of a Registration Action List.
Purpose: To assist organisations who are seeking to become a Registered Training Organisation with the technical assistance to prepare and submit the application for initial registration. The organisation will also be supplied with a fully compliant management system and received detailed written guidance on preparation for the initial registration audit.
Outline of service: The initial application requirements are complex and require a level of detail that many organisations underestimate. Newbery Consulting have the technical knowledge and tools to prepare an application that we guarantee will progress you to the next stage of the application process. The service includes:
- The supply of the full RTO system (this includes RTO Policies and Procedures, RTO Forms and Tools and RTO Data). The package also includes the initial 12 months subscription to RTO Data technical support (valued at $500).
- The preparation and delivery of a detailed action list which identifies all actions required to achieve registration. The report is developed in specific context to your organisation and will list items in priority order with detailed advice and hyperlinks to make it easier to follow and locate additional information on the web.
- The preparation of the initial application evidence based on your requirements and customised to your intended operation. We also provide you specific advice regarding your intended scope of registration and the risks associated with your application.
Whilst we do prepare the majority of the application evidence, Newbery Consulting does not prepare your business or financial plan. We also recommend that you obtain the services of a qualified Accountant to provide you specific advice with regards to your business financial viability. We are training systems compliance consultants and business financial planning is not within our area of expertise.

RTO Application: $4,400.00
Other information: Please note that the cost is inclusive of GST. There is no travel involved in the delivery of this service. The payment of this service is divided into an upfront payment of $1,650.00 and the remainder when the application has been submitted. Newbery Consulting payment terms are 14 days.
