Purpose: To enable licensed users of RTO Data to received technical and improvement updates to maintain the reporting capability of their database. Technical Support also allows licensed users to benefit from the constant development and improvement of RTO Data based on user feedback and suggestions.
Outline of service: Newbery Consulting offer a one year technical support subscription to licensed users of RTO Data. This includes:
- Phone support with an approved Newbery Consulting Access consultant;
- Improvement updates which are generated by Newbery Consulting based on user feedback. Improvement updates are approved at the discretion of Newbery Consulting as an improvement will affect all users;
- Technical updates which are generated by Newbery Consulting based on changes to AVETMISS data reporting requirements or funding body reporting requirements
Updates to RTO Data are issued via email to a nominated database administrator within your organisation. These are simple to implement and keep your database up to date. RTO Data is constantly being improved and technical support allows all users to benefit from these improvements for a very small annual fee.
To subscribe to RTO Data Technical Support, please complete the purchase order and Newbery Consulting will send you an invoice including a range of payment options. Once payment is received, your subscription will be confirmed by email and you will receive the next available update.
Cost: $550.00 (annual subscription fee)
