Description: A two day RTO registration planning workshop including the supply of the complete RTO system.

Purpose: To provide organisations who are seeking to become an RTO a detailed understanding of the registration requirements and to develop a detailed strategy to navigate the application process and achieve registration. The secondary purpose is to “fit-out” the organisation with a cohesive RTO management system, ready to commence operations.

Outline of service: Newbery Consulting has helped many organisations become an RTO. We have a tried and proven registration process that begins with the RTO Kick Start workshop. In this service, we provide the opportunity for clients to access this outstanding service without the need to commit to a full registration project. The service includes:

• Pre-workshop teleconference to gather information about your intended operation and to assist in the preparation of RTO system for delivery;
• Two day workshop where we provide a detailed introduction to the National Skills Framework and all of the compliance requirements applicable to your situation. We explore learning and assessment options to provide you the understanding to establish a quality based operation;
• The delivery and handover of the full RTO system (this includes RTO Policies and Procedures, RTO Forms and Tools and RTO Data). The package also includes a complimentary subscription to the RTO Data technical support for the initial 12 months (valued at $500); and

• The preparation and delivery of a detailed Registration Action List which identifies all actions required to achieve registration. The report is developed in specific context to your organisation and will list items in priority order with detailed advice and hyperlinks to make it easier to execute and find additional information on the web.

Cost: $6,600.00 + travel costs

Other information: Please note that the cost is inclusive of GST. Travel costs are kept to an absolute minimum and are booked at the cheapest possible fare. Newbery Consulting does not charge for travel time. The payment of this service is divided into an upfront payment of $2,200.00 and the remainder when the workshop has been completed. Newbery Consulting payment terms are 14 days.
