Description: A complete registration renewal project including an internal compliance audit and renewal of training systems and management arrangements.
Purpose: To obtain renewal of registration against the NVR Standards for RTOs or the AQTF.
Outline of service: Newbery Consulting provide the technical support, products and services to identify and rectify non-compliance leading up to a renewal of your RTO registration. This service includes:
- Complete desk and site audit of all Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration. The site audit is limited to one site only. The scope of the audit will include up to 4 qualifications or eight units of competence of your choice.
- Renewal of training systems and management arrangements including the supply of policy and student management software as required at no additional cost. This includes the supply of RTO System if required at no additional cost.
- Development of a detailed Registration Action List. This identifies actions in priority order so you address the critical compliance items first. This will address non-compliance and opportunities for improvement with detailed rectification and improvement advice. Where we have policies, tools and templates to solve these actions, we supply these at no additional cost.
- Follow-up teleconferencing to assist you with the implementation of actions and preparation for the renewal of registration audit.
This service does not include the development of any learning and assessment strategies or materials, although we will certainly provide you with technical advice about their compliance, rectification and improvement.
We also have lots of fully developed examples to guide your staff and provide them a benchmark for compliance.
If you are considering this service, we suggest you engage our services 6 – 12 months (minimum) out from your renewal date. Do not leave it too late. A positive outcome to this service is reliant on you responding proactively to the advice provided by Newbery Consulting. Having enough time to respond is a critical factor to enabling this to occur.

Cost: $3,300.00 + travel cost
Other information: Please note that the cost is inclusive of GST. Travel costs are kept to an absolute minimum and are booked at the cheapest possible fare. Newbery Consulting does not charge for travel time. The invoice is issued the day following the supply of the Registration Action List. Newbery Consulting payment terms are 14 days.
