Description: An advisory support service for RTOs to obtain on call technical compliance advice when it is needed. In addition to technical support, RTO support also includes an onsite internal audit based on our RTO visit service.
Purpose: To provide RTO senior management with timely advice over the phone or via email any time. Newbery Consulting clients contact our consultants all the time for advice on issues relating to compliance and training systems development. To allow this to occur without any barrier or consideration about fees, Newbery Consulting has established RTO support. This compliance advice service is combined with an annual on site internal audit.
Outline of service: RTO support includes the following:
- Unlimited phone support to discuss compliance issues and seek advice. Support is limited to one nominated representative. This is usually the CEO or Operations Management; and
- One annual internal audit based on our RTO visit service.
Cost: $2,750.00 + travel cost.
Other information: Please note that the cost is inclusive of GST. Travel costs are kept to an absolute minimum and are booked at the cheapest possible fare. Newbery Consulting does not charge for travel time. Invoice is issued on the day following the site visit which is scheduled early in the service period. Newbery Consulting payment terms are 14 days.
