Purpose: To assist RTOs to comply with the requirement to systematically validate their assessments. Our validation reports are comprehensive and not only assist you to improve the compliance and quality of your assessment practices but provide excellent evidence of your validation activity during an audit.
Outline of service: Newbery Consulting will undertake a thorough validation of your assessment materials and provide you a report identifying the level of compliance and opportunities for improvement. Your assessment materials will be validated against:
- The AQTF or NVR Standards for RTOs
- The rules of evidence, i.e., validity, sufficiency, currency and authenticity
- The principles of assessment, i.e, validity, reliability, flexibility and fairness
- Training Package requirements.

- Unit mapping of current assessment
- Proposed action list and opportunities for improvement.
