RTO Data Cloud – Advanced Technical Support
Description: Sometimes you may request us to access your instance of RTO Data Cloud to make changes to your data. This may be due to a user error that has occurred or due to changes in reporting requirements. This type of support is beyond the scope of standard technical support and will be performed by a member of the development team who have advanced programing and/or database editing skills.
Newbery Consulting will only perform Advanced Technical Support under the following circumstances:
- Advanced Technical Support is paid in advance for the quoted number of hours;
- You provide written permission (via email) for us to access your instance of RTO Data Cloud; and
- You have provided us specific and accurate written instructions (via email) about what changes you require us to make whilst providing the Advanced Technical Support including the limits of those changes.
