Outline of product: RTO Data is a powerful information and compliance management database. It is a commercially designed Microsoft Access database . The database links with other Microsoft Office products such as Outlook to send emails and schedule appointments. RTO Data allows you to manage all of your quality management information in one place. It can be positioned on your server or a networked computer and can be accessed by multiple users at one time. RTO Data has input screens that relate to RTO Management, Training Coordination, Student Management, Staff Management, Client Management, Task and Activity Management, Continuous Improvement and more. There is a complete reporting function as well as tools to edit all drop-down menu options to customise this software to your organisation. RTO Data is being used today in RTOs across Australia. The database is extremely easy to navigate and comes with great technical support which is included in the initial purchase price for the first 12 months.

RTO Data also links with our web based online enrolment system called RTO Enrol. This enables you to publish course and training calendar information directly onto your website from RTO Data. It also allows your students to complete a full enrolment online and their enrolment data to import directly into RTO Data.
RTO Enrol is a product supplied separately within RTO Website and can be seen in action at: Newbery Learning. This gives you the option to extend the capability of RTO Data as your business grows. There are no limits on users. RTO Data is updated regularly. Updates are issued to a nominated database administrator (very easy!) .This system has been designed by Newbery Consulting in collaboration with RTO managers and administrators who wanted an affordable system that makes life easier, not harder.

Other information:Initial purchase includes training on the software function delivered over the phone with one of our client support team. Cost includes the initial 12 months subscription to RTO Data Technical Support, normally valued at $825.The RTO Data licence is only issued to your business entity and is specifically linked to a valid ABN. The purchase order form requests your ABN. If you do not hold an ABN, Newbery Consulting will not be able to issue you a licence to RTO Data. Price is inclusive of GST. RTO Data is also supplied as a bundled product package within RTO System where the cost is discounted with other products.
