The CRICOS package has been fully redeveloped and released as version 8.0 on 15 January 2026, aligning precisely with the format, structure, and quality of the current RTO Policies, Procedures and Forms system (version 8.0). All documents are supplied in Microsoft Word and are fully editable, allowing you to customise and operationalise the system for your organisation.

Purchase Eligibility and Licence Check

STOP. To purchase this product, your organisation must already hold a current licence for RTO Policies Procedures and Forms (version 8.0). All CRICOS package purchases are verified. Once an order is received, we will confirm through our CRM that the purchasing organisation (ABN) holds a valid licence to the parent product RTO Policies, Procedures and Forms (version 8.0). If a current licence is not held, the CRICOS package cannot be supplied and the order will be refunded. This requirement exists to protect the integrity of the system and ensure the CRICOS policies operate as intended.

Purchase Process

To purchase this product, please add it to your basket and complete payment through the website. You may also request an invoice if you prefer to pay by bank transfer. Once payment is received, we will verify that your organisation holds a current licence for RTO Policies, Procedures and Forms. Following verification, a licence for the CRICOS Policies, Procedures and Forms package will be issued, and the documents will be prepared in a secure, customised Dropbox folder. At a minimum, your organisation’s trading name will be inserted into the policy and forms documents. You will then receive an email confirming your licence, together with access details for the Dropbox folder containing the full package. We usually supply products on the same day we receive payment.

Please note. Only sold as a supplement to RTO Policies Procedures and Forms (version 8.0). This product is not available for purchase as a standalone product. These policies are not suitable for an RTO that delivers international education to student who are under the age of 18. The policies assume that the provider is not recruiting younger overseas students. The policy package does not support compliance with Standard 5 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 which relates to the care and welfare of international students under the age of 18.
