Consulting Support – Meeting
Description
A one-hour remote consulting meeting with Joe Newbery for clients seeking advice about a specific RTO, compliance, training or assessment matter.
How the meeting works
To make the best use of the meeting, clients are encouraged to send through the questions they would like to discuss before the meeting. Ideally, questions should be provided at least one week beforehand.
Joe will review the questions and, where appropriate, provide some preliminary written advice before the meeting. This gives you an opportunity to consider the advice beforehand and allows the meeting to focus on clarification, options, implications and practical next steps.
The meeting is particularly useful when you:
- have specific questions about the Standards for RTOs or regulatory requirements
- want a second opinion about a particular compliance issue
- need advice about how to approach a training, assessment or RTO management matter
- want to understand a regulatory process before deciding what action to take
- need to discuss options or obtain specialist advice before making a decision.
What this service is not intended for
A Consulting Support Meeting is designed for advice and discussion about defined issues. It is not intended to replace consulting services that involve substantial document review, evidence preparation, rectification work or support across a regulatory process.
If you need Newbery Consulting to review, prepare, rectify or manage a body of work with you, a Consulting Support Day or one of our specific consulting services will usually be more appropriate.
For example, clients seeking structured support for renewal of registration should purchase a Consulting Support Day. Change of ownership, rectification and RTO registration are supported through our dedicated services.
You can still use a Consulting Support Meeting to ask questions about these matters or to discuss your options before deciding what support you need.
Preparing for your meeting
The meeting includes one hour of remote consulting support together with reasonable preparation based on the questions supplied before the meeting.
Please keep your questions focused on matters that can reasonably be addressed within a one-hour consultation. Substantial document reviews, assessment validation, application preparation or other project work are not included.
If the questions or documents you provide indicate that the work is outside the scope of a Consulting Support Meeting, we will contact you and recommend a more suitable service before proceeding.
