This webinar focuses on Clause 2.3, 2.4, 4.1, 5.2 and 8.2 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations as they relate to the delivery of services through a third-party arrangement. Third-party arrangements are absolutely allowable under the RTO Standards, but are they worth it and what are the risks involved?

During this webinar, Joe will explore these questions and help participants to understand what a third-party arrangement is and isn’t. We will talk about how to set these arrangements up properly to realise the commercial benefits and to protect your compliance. The session will focus on the mandatory inclusions within a third-party agreement and the monitoring arrangements necessary to ensure a healthy partnership.

When

This webinar is a pre-recorded. The webinar is available for seven (7) days following your registration. You can view the webinar as many times as you like in that time. After the seven days, the webinar will not be available.

Third-party arrangements represent an opportunity for an RTO to open up new sources of revenue. They also can represent considerable risk to an RTO that does not establish these arrangement s properly and put monitoring arrangements in place to ensure the quality and compliance of the services being delivered. How

For an individual registration, you can complete the individual registration form to the right and click “Register Now”.

For a multi-person registration click “Add to Basket” and adjust the quantity of the required registration in the checkout area.

You can purchase a registration for as many people as you require. On completing the purchase, you will receive a registration email that you can share with your staff inviting them to individually register for the webinar using a unique code.
