This edition is version 7.1 and has been completely revised and reformatted to present in a more standardised and professional format and to align with the significant change introduced by the new Standards for RTOs: Outcome Standards 2024 and associated Compliance Requirements and Credential Policy. This package incorporates all of the lessons learned by Newbery Consulting from operating in all aspects of the RTO landscape for the past 20 years.

RTO Policies and Procedures is supplied via email as an MS Word files. It is supplied in two formats. This includes as a single policy manual with all policies and procedures in one document and in a format with separate policies and procedures to assist you to adopt the format that is right for your organisation. We recognise that some clients like the one consolidated documents and some clients like them separated. You can choose.
